We love meeting new people we connect with! While in Cape Town, we met up with Nicole and Mike for a couples session on top of Table Mountain. We got the most magnificent weather, a breathless evening and stunning sunset. We ended up having beers and burgers with these two after the shoot. We love it when clients become new friends.

Weekend in Witzenberg, Western Cape, South Africa.
After four weeks of traveling, surfing and shooting a wedding and couples in and around Cape Town, Ashley and I found the cutest little house, on Airbnb, tucked away in the Witzenberg Mountains. It is nestled on an apple and pear farm and called Oubos on Ouplaas. The hot tub was the selling point and the hike to the summit of the pass gave us a million dollar view over the Tulbach area.

11 Weeks in South Africa
Wow, how 11 weeks flew by so quickly. Ashley and I went back to South Africa, my home, for 11 weeks. It had been three years since I returned. We did so much, hence the BIG blog post of photos, I hope you like them. I spend a ton of time in the ocean, surfing, shooting and body surfing. Anything to get in the water and no we didn't see any sharks! We visited wine farms, Elands Bay and lots of friends who now have lots ( and I mean lots ) of babies. Of course I couldn't resist taking their photo, even when I got those classic kid frowns. I got to shoot photos with my sister, we even found the famous, hidden ruins which where once a Zoo. It was fascinating. Hope you enjoy these.
