Alysha and Casey’s wedding day in Watkins Glen, nestled in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes, was nothing short of magical. The morning began with gentle rain, creating a cozy, romantic atmosphere—and while some might worry about the weather, we embraced it. With a little creativity (, we were still able to capture stunning, emotion-filled images that reflect the heart of their day.
As luck would have it, the skies cleared just in time for their ceremony and portraits, allowing us to take advantage of the soft, post-rain light and the lush summer scenery that makes the Finger Lakes so special.
This day held extra meaning for us at The Photo Farm. Alysha was one of the very first people I photographed when I was just starting out—her high school senior session marked the beginning of my journey as a photographer. To now witness and document her wedding day was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget.
